Pea Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Pea Protein Powder
1/2 cup *Cacao Powder
1 cup Pitted Dates, with water
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions
Grind up dates/water in large food processor until smooth. Add cacao and protein powder and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and again blend until smooth. Press into plastic container and refrigerate until firmed up. Cut into 8 bars.Serving Size: 8 bars
