Pea Protein Bars

Ingredients


Tips

try adding psillium husk to increase fiber content?
try reducing dates to reduce carbs?

Directions

Grind up dates/water in large food processor until smooth. Add cacao and protein powder and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and again blend until smooth. Press into plastic container and refrigerate until firmed up. Cut into 8 bars.

Serving Size: 8 bars
